Goal:
- Preparation, management and organisation of a promotional lottery for the birthday of Arkady Wrocławskie Shopping Centre.
Mechanism:
- 7-stage lottery for customers who made purchases during the promotional period for min. PLN 50, filled the coupon, put it in the ballot box and came to the final draw.
- We issued PLN 1,000 and PLN 10,000 gift cards in 6 stages.
- In the 7th stage, cards worth PLN 10,000 and PLN 100,000 were issued.
Results:
- 6 gift cards of PLN 1,000 were distributed for shopping, 12 cards of PLN 100 and the main prize of PLN 100,000.
- The total prize pool is PLN 211,999.
Arkady Wrocławskie is a retail, office and service complex that includes 130 stores, a multiplex, a fitness and medical centre, an 11-storey office building and a car park. It is located in the centre of Wrocław, in the square of Powstańców Śląskich, Swobodna, Nasypowa and Komandorska streets.
The organisation of lottery on the occasion of shopping mall birthday
The promotional lottery that we have implemented was prepared for the birthday of Arkady Wrocławskie shopping centre. The recipients of the promotional campaign were customers of the shopping centre who made purchases of at least PLN 50 at the time of its duration. In order to take part in the lottery with prizes, you had to fill in the coupon, throw it into the ballot box and come to the final drawing, where the winners were announced. The organisation of the lottery was based on 7 stages in which the draws were carried out. During the first 6 draws, participants of the campaign were given gift cards worth PLN 1,000 and PLN 10,000. During the final, 7th stage, the winners were given cards worth PLN 10,000 and the main prize in the form of PLN 100,000.
The results of promotional effort
The effect of the lottery with rewards conducted on the occasion of the birthday of the Arkady Wrocławskie shopping centre was an increase in the number of purchases made by the customers of the shopping centre during the promotional campaign. Valuable prizes, including the possibility of winning the main prize worth PLN 100,000, motivated customers to visit stores and take part in the lottery. Coupons with a minimum value of PLN 50, thrown by the participants, made it possible to select the winners who during the 7 stages received cash prizes in the form of gift cards for purchases with a total value of PLN 211,999.
