CityFit

For CityFit, we have prepared a programme with elements of gamification, which has become a way to retain existing customers and build a community around the brand, also a method to encourage users to visit the gym between 10-17.

Goal:

  • Increasing retention among existing customers.
  • Improving communication with the client.
  • Building a community around the brand.
  • Encouraging clients to come to the gym between 10 am and 5 pm.

Mechanism:

  • Programme with elements of gamification.
  • Participants are rewarded with a special FITCOIN currency for the regular payment of the subscription and for performing tasks at the gym.
  • Integration with CityFit CRM allows us to receive participants data, information about their presence in the CityFit club, as well as about payments and the status of tickets.
  • The appropriate number of Fitcoins allows the participant to receive a discount for paying the next month of the CityFit subscription.

CityFit is a network of 24/7 fitness clubs covering 22 points all over Poland. The main assets are flexible membership conditions and the possibility to use the gym 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The quality of customer service at CityFit has been awarded many times. Moreover, the gym partners are popular brands, incl. Oshee, Samsung and Medicover.

CityFit app and the gamification of club members

The goal of the loyalty programme and mobile application for CityFit implemented by our team was to increase the retention of the brand's existing customers and to effectively build its community based on engaged users. We have prepared it on the basis of the elements of gamification, which allowed us to use the advantages of competition in the sports struggles of people with an active lifestyle. Participants in the programme are rewarded with the virtual currency FitCoin. It can be obtained for the regular purchase of passes or for performing specific tasks at the gym. Each achieved challenge is saved on the participant's account and allows to assign it to one of the 3 levels of training advancement, which we have adjusted for women and men. Collecting a specific number of FitCoins makes it possible to exchange them for a discount in CityFit clubs, which reduces the price of the subscription for the next month. An important solution that we implemented was the integration of the application with the CityFit CRM system, thanks to which it is possible to analyse information about users, their presence at the gym or the status of the subscription.

Gym app - results

The mobile application used in the loyalty programme based on elements of gamification allowed us to effectively motivate people with an active lifestyle to regularly use the offer of CityFit clubs. The discount provided for the collected FitCoins not only increased the retention of current customers, but also effectively induced them to use the gym during the lightest traffic hours. Thanks to the programme, we have improved the communication with customers and initiated the building of the brand community, creating a friendly space for club members to compete in sports.

Instal Konsorcjum

For Instal Konsorcjum, we have implemented an effective loyalty programme addressed to customers of wholesalers associated as a matter of IK. The aim of the programme was to support the brand's key recipients and reward them for being active with points redeemable for prizes.

OKI Systems

For OKI Systems Polska, we have implemented a loyalty programme based on rewarding participants who purchased premium brand products in a given month with points exchangeable for prizes available in the catalogue.
